About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales join their team in Indonesia. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services
- Effectively manage customer inquiries
- Provide product information and pricing to customers
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services
- Generate, follow up and close sales leads.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Conduct customer research to evaluate pain points with products or website issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Able to provide valuable insight from customer queries and relaying it to relevant internal teams
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all time
