At INDICO, we are seeking an enthusiastic Business Excellence Lead to become part of our team. You'll be at the forefront of driving operational efficiency and strategic growth. Your role will involve analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for improvement across various departments. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing scalable processes, and leveraging data to optimize company performance.
What will you do but not limited to :
- Develop and implement the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities and threats within the industry.
- Lead the planning process, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing clear targets for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, sales, and technology to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints while analyzing data to drive informed decision-making.
