Outbound supervisor manage people in respective functions in managing order management for B2C or B2B customers and assist the team manager in optimizing the deployment, planning, and processes within the respective function in the warehouse to meet the productivity and cost targets.
Responsibilities :
1) Assist the team manager to ensure the respective function under charge achieve the warehouse KPI’s such as productivity, overall cost, backlog, accuracy, etc via :
- Supervise the daily work flow and manpower deployment to meet daily performance, quality and cost targets.
- Assist the team manager to For daily target monitoring is achieved, such as on time shipped, N + 1 shipped and cancellation order.
- Assist the team manager to identify daily operational bottlenecks and work closely with other warehouse management counterparts to derive resolution.
- Assist the team manager to identify obstacle and hindrance in warehouse layout, warehouse processes and IT and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and productivity
- Execute efficiency improvement opportunities to achieve operational excellence for the respective function in charge.
2) Ensure the function in charge is operating during shift at optimal manpower resources and in a healthy, safe and secured environment free of incident,
3) Provide leadership direction and clarity to the function team to ensure the team is working at optimal productivity daily. Work with team leaders during shift to ensure operations runs smooth Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) :
