Uraian TugasIdentify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in operational processes and implement strategies for streamlining workflows. Introduce and monitor key performance indicators (i.e : UPT, ATV, AUR ) to sales team (DMs) and store team to measure operational efficiency and track improvements. Retail Operation Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the stores' operations. This role involves coordinating various operational functions to ensure efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of organizational goals. Operations Manager is also tasked with improving processes, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
