Head of Corporate Secretary (Holding Company)

Currently Adecco Indonesia is supporting one of our clients, who is in the process of becoming a holding company with 9 entities , in their search for a Head of Corporate Secretary (Location : Kuningan, South Jakarta – 1-year contract).

What will you do?

Lead the formulation and implementation of Corporate Secretary policies at the holding company level.

Oversee the implementation of corporate governance across the business group.

Direct the strategic legal function to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks within the group.

Drive corporate communication strategies and manage relationships with regulators, investors, and external stakeholders .

Supervise executive support services for the Board of Directors (Business PA and Personal PA functions).

Ensure consistency in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) across all subsidiaries.

Present Corporate Secretary reports to the President Director and the Board of Commissioners.

Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and shareholders / regulators on governance and strategic communication matters.

What we're looking for?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Communications, Management , or a related field

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate secretary, legal, governance, or corporate communications with 3-5 years in managerial positions

Proven track record in managing relationships with regulators, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders .

Expertise in Corporate Governance & Compliance , ensuring proper implementation of GCG policies , Board of Directors reporting , and compliance with OJK / IDX regulations (if applicable).

Strong capability in Corporate Legal Documentation and Corporate Administration .
