Business Development and Technical Manager Animal Health (Contract)

Ecolab is seeking a Business Development and Technical Manager Animal Health to join our expanding team. As a leader in water technology, we are growing and need talented individuals to help us continue protecting the world’s most vital resource

Responsibility :

Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales and Technical to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business in Indonesia.

Oversee development of overall technical systems and processes across the country and enhance value creation where needed and customization as appropriate to gain new business

Coordinate track and follow up product development from the requirement phase to field trials and development phase

Will require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.

Drive sales process at customers as required by distributor interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training) and work closely with our partnership in this country

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Drive Business Growth

Design and drive execution of high-level technical on-field and implement value creation

Technical knowledge in poultry and swine farm management

Key account management

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or animal science

Strong technical knowledge in poultry farming and biosecurity

At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in the animal health business / poultry farm management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Leadership (manage without direct authority)

Strong relationship / trust-building capabilities

Key Account Management Skills

Ability to work in and across international

Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 101-1,000 employees
