As Area Sales Manager for East Java & Bali , you will be responsible for driving sales achievement, managing overall business operations in your area, and building strong collaborations with both internal teams and external partners to support business growth.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement sales strategies (promotion, program, and operations) tailored to each region’s market conditions to ensure sales target achievement.
  • Analyze sales data and forecast results to determine business opportunities, optimize stock availability, and design the most effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, outlet partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor sales projects and ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives across all assigned outlets.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of sales activities, including outlet productivity, promotional programs, and incentive management, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage territory coverage and validate distributor incentive schemes to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the performance of sales representatives, outlets, and distributors under your responsibility.
  • Provide Monthly Business Planning (MBP) reports and insights to senior leaders to review and strengthen area performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maintain high performance and capabilities.
  • Foster company culture and create a positive working environment that supports teamwork and growth.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, or related fields .
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Sales (at least 2 years in a managerial role) .
  • Preferably experienced in FMCG, Healthcare, or Skincare industry .
  • Strong understanding of Market Research, Territory / Coverage Management, Distributor Management, and Sales Forecasting .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance, manage relationships, and handle complex operational challenges.
