You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and managing relationships with high-end clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and a personalized luxury experience at our property. This role involves sales targets, planning exclusive events and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall clients' experiences.
Key Tasks :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain long-sterm relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
This position is only for Indonesian and Domicile in Bali.Min. 3 years experiences in Luxurious Resort / Real Estate.Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in business, marketing, or similar field.Possess good communication skills both in Indonesian and English.Energetic and able to work independently or as a team.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging luxury hospitality services.Strong problem-solving skills and abilitiy to think quickly.Adaptable and able to cater to diverse client needs.Willing to travel on business (if necessary).Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
