Key Responsibilities :

Lead, plan, and oversee all planning and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain management.
Manage bonded zone activities in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategic planning, inventory management, and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production and market demands.
Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the planning and logistics team to ensure high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.
Drive process improvements through the application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other supply chain methodologies.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, customs, transporters, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and logistics within a manufacturing industry .

Proven experience in handling bonded zone operations.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Certification in Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other management certification is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Willing to be based in Eastern Indonesia .
