What You'll Do :

🎯 Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers to meet company needs

📊 Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products

🤝 Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors for favorable terms

📑 Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels

🔍 Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise

💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies

📈 Analyze spending trends to help reduce costs and improve efficiency

What We're Looking For :

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related fields

✅ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships

✅ Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

✅ Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

✅ Knowledge of procurement software is a plus
