We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Sales to lead our commercial team in driving growth, developing new markets, and strengthening customer relationships. This role will oversee both sales and marketing functions to build a more proactive, data‑driven, and customer‑focused organization.
Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to support collaboration with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Sales Master Plan to expand market coverage and acquire new customers.
- Establish a comprehensive and detailed sales data reporting and analysis system to drive insights and performance tracking.
- Coach and motivate the sales team (canvasing and Tele‑sales team) to move from a reactive to a proactive sales approach .
