Oversee, verify, and record company financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
Prepare and update journals, ledgers, and monthly / annual financial statements
Process supplier billing, vendor payments, and petty cash reporting
Manage expense claims, staff reimbursements, and payroll reports
Conduct reconciliation for bank accounts, receivables, and payables
Track cash flow movements according to internal procedures
Liaise with tax consultants for preparation and submission of tax reports (income tax and others)
Ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies
Generate management reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow) with straightforward analysis
Maintain an organized and systematic filing of financial documents
Qualifications
Minimum 3–4 years of solid experience in accounting or finance
Deep understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation rules
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounting applications
Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive information
Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
English proficiency (spoken & written)
Based in or willing to relocate to Ubud
Ready to start work immediately
