Electrical Engineer

We are looking for 3 experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team at DCI Indonesia. These roles are essential to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our data center operations in Cibitung . We seek professionals with strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a collaborative mindset to support our mission of delivering world-class data center services.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design, guidance, and support for the development and optimization of data center systems.
• Solve complex technical problems through in-depth analysis to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers and operations teams to maintain and improve systems.
• Prepare and deliver technical status updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis with effective corrective actions.
• Operate, maintain, and test electrical panels, wiring, and equipment (UPS, generators, etc.).
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure timely troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Report maintenance activities and updates regularly to the supervisor.
• Provide second-level support and resolve issues that cannot be addressed by the first layer.
• Mentor and guide technicians, offering technical support and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare annual budgets for Capex and Opex, including improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Management System standards.
