Uraian TugasPreferable background in Information System or Business and minimum of Bachelor Degree. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in product development for digital platforms. Fluent in analyzing metrics and data driven. Successful record in building a feature / product. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills. Associate Contract Product Management and Strategy / Planning Securities and Commodity Exchanges
The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Defining product scope, managing backlogs and needs from users and current trends.
- Fluent in communicating what the user needs to the development team.
- Responsible for making PRD & DOD (Definition of Done).
- Will take charge in product ideation, sprint grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Leading the UX team to conduct several researchers to gain insights about our customer’s persona and pain points.
- Measure metrics for each of new improvements / products built.
- Create UAT script and lead the UAT Process.
- Work alongside Product Lead / Head of Digital Business to maintain Product Roadmap.
