AVP-IDA Product Development - Tech

Uraian TugasDevelop and mentor team member(s) to achieve objectives Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions Provide feedback to GH and work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function / organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan Breaking down implementation strategy into projects Give clear guidance to team member about project goals, success criteria and timeline Monitor quality of execution from team members Collaborate with cross function stakeholders to ensure project delivered timely Communicate the progress to stakeholders Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information technology Excellence Oral and Written communication skills Have business as well as technical acumen 5+ years previous experience in Startup company Entrepreneurial, strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented Experience with Any of The Following is a Plus : Professional certifications in the following areas : Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified Cloud Architect Highly skilled in one or more of the following : Javascript (node.js, react.js, etc.) Containerized software (Docker, Kubernetes) Databases (NoSQL, SQL, and other Cloud DBs) ElasticSearch and Redis, DevOps (CI / CD - Jenkins, log management- ELK, container automation - Helm) HTML / CSS React Native Java / Android, Swift / Objective-C iOS or Flutter Working knowledge on Cloud Platform, preferably Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer / Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certified Excellent verbal communication skills and excels in a team environment. Highly organized with working knowledge of software best practices. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills. Excellent in creating effective and passionate working environment for engineering team
