Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of relationship managers responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-cap clients
• Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to drive business growth and deepen client relationships
• Oversee the team's performance and ensure they deliver exceptional client service and achieve their business targets
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings to clients
• Collaborate with other business units and support functions to ensure seamless client experience and efficient operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall strategy for the mid-cap segment
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes employee engagement and development

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of relationship managers
• Strong understanding of the mid-cap market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive business growth
• Proficient in using relevant financial analysis and reporting tools
