Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations of the hub, ensuring that customer delivery SLA targets are met and orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance, output, and stock reports as requested by management.
• Work closely with the Hub Operations Manager and the Operations Excellence team to continuously improve processes across all Astro Hub.
• Perform daily stock checks and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy and SLoc accuracy.
• Conduct daily quality control of fresh and perishable goods to ensure customers receive the highest quality produce.
• Review the inbound process and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency, compliance, on-time completion, and cost effectiveness with documented results.
• Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, and monitor operational performance, customer SLA adherence, and hub costs to achieve business targets.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures to identify opportunities for day-to-day improvements.
• Lead coordination and integration of efforts across departments to produce smoother workflows and more cost-effective processes.
• Analyze operating performance of each function, develop recommendations, and provide analytical support for internal projects and initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Plan the team\'s weekly shift schedule, accounting for potential order spikes and activities requiring additional manpower (handle 4 team leaders).
