What we’re looking for

We are seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our team. You’ll be working closely with one of our portfolio companies in the fintech sector as part of the Engineering department. This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability
Collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, efficient API contracts
Ensure high standards of code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and documentation
Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks, and degraded performance
Mentor junior engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing, and performance tuning
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape and deliver seamless user experiences

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in React and Next.js

Knowledge of both server-side and client side rendering especially in relation of Next.js

Deep understanding of the modern web platform : rendering models, hydration, performance budgets, accessibility

Strong UI / UX sensibility — able to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible UIs

Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library

Comfortable with SSR, dynamic routing, caching strategies, and web performance optimization

Familiarity with common frontend testing strategies (E2E, unit, integration)

Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and product teams

Strong communication skills — able to explain trade-offs clearly and mentor others effectively
