Uraian TugasEnsure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Lead monthly closing, account reconciliation, and inventory / stock opname accuracy. Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Develop efficient and scalable accounting SOPs for multi-store operations. Ensure full compliance with corporate tax regulations (PPH, PPN, Withholding Tax). Manage monthly and annual tax reporting. Provide tax advisory for retail transactions and new store expansion. Coordinate with tax consultants and external parties when required. Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and tax team. Partner with Retail Operations to analyze sales, COGS, inventory, and margins. Provide financial insights and recommendations for short‑term and long‑term strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax. 4–7 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Tax, with minimum 2 years in supervisory or assistant manager role . Experience in retail, F&B, or multi‑outlet businesses is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial analysis, and Indonesian tax regulations. Proficient with accounting systems / ERP and retail inventory processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid leadership capability. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
