The Opportunity We are supporting a confidentially mandated aviation operator in the Indonesia region to appoint a Business Unit Head - Aviation (Rotor Wing) .

This position is operationally focused and best suited to a pilot‑cum‑manager : a current or recent H Captain who continues to fly while also holding day‑to‑day responsibility for operations, people, and costs .

The role represents a step above a Lead or Chief Captain , with responsibility for managing managers, overseeing staff, and ensuring safe, compliant, and effective helicopter operations across multiple operating bases within Indonesia.

Role Scope & Responsibilities Operational & Flying Duties

• Act as a line‑flying Captain on the H , maintaining all licence, medical, and recency requirements
• Provide hands‑on operational leadership across daily helicopter activities
• Ensure aircraft readiness, crew availability, and operational reliability
• Serve as a visible operational leader to pilots and engineering teams
