Uraian TugasResponsible to all procedures related to the obtention and renewal of all necessary operation permits and license's required to conduct business in Indonesia Registration in ministry of investment and downstream industry (BKPM), MOH, Bapeten, Trade department, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), BPFK Database management of all existing registrations and their validity dates Follow up of existing applications Assistance to hospital for operational permits for radiation emitting products Interphase with Indosopha legal advisors to maintain all necessary legal documents to enable Indosopha operations
Experience and Skills
- Male, max. 30 years old with good professional appearance
- Min. S1 in Law
- At least 3 years experience
- Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), fast and accurate typing is a MUST
- Experience in regulatory affairs in medical or Pharmaceutical products, law firm will be an advantage
- Fair level of English, familiar with business correspondence, good filing skills
- Able to work in detail, well organized
