About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company powering product knowledge for retail teams. Client work with some of the largest alcohol retailers in Asia-Pacific, helping their frontline staff become more confident and capable through bite-sized, brand-led training.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications with clean, testable code.
  • Contribute to technical decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams; review code and enforce best practices.
  • Occasionally contributing to mobile app

Requirements

  • Must have a very strong exposure in Ruby on Rails (min 5 - 8 years)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team .
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • An Indonesian Citizen
