Responsibilities

• Leverage technical experience and education to develop, implement, and execute creative packaging development activities to achieve project goals.
• Drive creative structural packaging development considering manufacturing and operational constraints and hurdles. Design for the appropriate distribution supply-chain requirements.
• Review customer briefs and propose different options to suit customers’ needs in terms of quality, price, lead time, and sustainability.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, including short-term troubleshooting, and deliver projects to continuously improve overall packaging line performance.
• Ensure compliance with specified requirements for packaging materials, finished pack quality, and standard packaging line parameters.
• Develop packaging specifications & packaging safety documentation.
• Provide technical support and packaging expertise to internal stakeholders.
