Uraian Tugas

Propose Employee Development Programs to Division Heads based on talent mapping results.

Monitor and oversee the implementation of Employee Development Programs and Training Management processes.

Manage and control the Competency Assessment and Performance Evaluation processes, including end-to-end review and analysis.

Review and update the RASCI Matrix and Job Profiles for all divisions.

Maintain and update the Competency Model and profiling standards.

Manage Career Path planning and Succession Planning initiatives.

Design and implement development programs for Bootcamp or Management Trainee programs, as needed.

Coordinate and monitor Employee Engagement activities such as consolidation meetings, company outings, and other initiatives.

Provide recommendations for improvements to HC (Human Capital) Policies and Procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital Business Partner, HR Development, or a related area.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Strong collaborative communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Confident in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Experienced in project planning and implementation.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skilled in performance management, people and organizational development, workload analysis, competency assessment, talent mapping, employee development programs, and MS Office.
  • Willing to Work On-site and be placed at the Pulomas Office (East Jakarta)
