Responsibilities

Your role involves partnering with Finance, Sales Teams, and Senior Management to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making through analysis. This role is based at our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. It involves continuously improving internal processes while growing with the company.

The main responsibilities focus on controlling & analysis :

Controlling :

• Check discounts given by sales staff
• Verify subscription start dates and recurrence
• Assist in budget preparation
• Participate in budget creation for Odoo Indonesia
• Develop a monthly finance closing checklist
• Automate or update reports as needed
• Compare actuals vs. budget and analyze variances
• Monitor profitability
• Conduct ad hoc analyses or audits
• Perform marketing analysis
• Benchmark Odoo against industry peers
