The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of an equestrian facility , ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality across all areas. This includes stables, riding arenas, paddocks, and general infrastructure such as administrative buildings, parking areas, and guest amenities.
Key Responsibilities :
Equestrian Facilities Management :
- Ensure proper maintenance of stables, tack rooms, riding arenas, paddocks, and trails.
- Oversee waste management, ventilation, and hygiene standards for animal welfare.
- Coordinate with veterinary and grooming services for scheduled visits and emergencies.
General Facilities Oversight :
Manage upkeep of administrative offices, restrooms, parking lots, and common areas.Supervise cleaning, landscaping, and repair teams.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Operational Coordination :
Schedule and supervise facility staff and contractors.Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.Develop and manage maintenance budgets and reporting.Event & Guest Support :
Prepare facilities for equestrian events, training sessions, and guest visits.Coordinate logistics and ensure readiness of all relevant areas.Emergency Preparedness :
Implement and maintain emergency response plans.Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.Qualifications :
