Job Description
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, including mining companies, contractors, and distributors
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, orders, delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery
- Handle client negotiations, contract renewals, and follow-up on outstanding issues or claims
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and site inspections to maintain customer satisfaction and trust
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and build new relationships through meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Prepare and present proposals, technical introductions, and commercial offers to potential customers
- Collaborate with principals and suppliers to introduce new products or technologies to the market
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field ・Active Business English Skill ・Minimum 3 years of working experience as Sales with experience in the mining industries. ・Able to drive car and hold SIM A
