Uraian TugasGood communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines Customer‑oriented Highly self‑motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues and able to work under tight deadlines Proficient in AutoCAD & BIM Revit Strong personality, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leaders Prepared to be posted on new sites around Indonesia Oversee day‑to‑day construction site activities, ensuring quality control and managing structural engineering tasks Collaborate with civil engineers and coordinate across teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Assist and provide guidance to site teams regarding technical and contractual issues Ensure that work follows the master schedule Test, investigate, and seek ITP approval (for CSA & MEP) for all incoming materials on site Ensure incoming materials meet technical specifications Create and organize key schedules and weekly / monthly reports Supervise and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors during equipment installation and site civil works Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is performed as per approved drawings and standards Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation teams Oversee installation of telecom equipment such as BTS, RRU, antennas, transmission systems, and power systems Support commissioning activities by coordinating with RF engineers, integration teams, and vendors Maintain accurate site records, installation logs, and progress reports Prepare daily / weekly site status updates and promptly alert project management of issues Facilitate site access, permits, and regulatory compliance documentation Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in complex and large‑scale construction projects Proven track record in handling high‑rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Strong personality with leadership qualities, initiative, and resilience under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project tools Good command of English, both written and spoken Willingness to be located in Batam, or to travel as required

Requirements
- Physically fit and good medical record
- Diploma / Bachelor of engineering machinery, electrical or physical
- Having experience in Mechanical Electrical Air Conditioning Contractors minimum 3 years; experience in Data Center preferable
- Familiar with 2D and 3D application programs (AutoCAD and SketchUp)
- No history of asthma
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek
