Uraian Tugas

Staffinc is a manpower supply service that connects talented professionals with top-tier clients across the industries. We specialize in providing highly skilled individuals who possess a wide range of technical expertise.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our client's team (Banking) in Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

  • Work onsite in a 24x7 environment, divided into 3 shifts per day.
  • Perform system monitoring and basic troubleshooting according to SOP documents.

Assist L0 – IT Helpdesk Support in executing simple troubleshooting and reconfiguration of client's services and systems.

  • Maintain documentation of all activities, procedures, and processes undertaken.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operation of systems and services.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated soft competencies including initiative, enthusiasm for work, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Basic level proficiency in Linux operating systems demonstrated by LFCA certification or completion of required training for Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of public cloud management, such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Azure.
  • Experience in DevOps and SRE Fundamentals with certifications is highly advantageous.
  • Certification or equivalent training in Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) Certification is preferred.
