Handle purchasing of  indirect materials, services, and equipment  to support business operations.

Ensure purchases are  cost-effective, timely, and high quality .

Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete items.

Build strong  supplier relationships , negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

Work closely with other departments (Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to meet procurement needs.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in  indirect procurement  (manufacturing or multinational is preferred).

Strong knowledge of  sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation .

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Proficient in ERP systems (AS400 / SAP) and Excel.
