Uraian TugasImplement asset management standard process across sites by providing maintenance spare management standard, training, audits, analysis and improvement program to support site asset maintenance and operation Collaborate with Site Operations team in term of all equipment purchases based on guiding principles for equipment selection by standardizing of equipment Coordinate, and enhance the implementation of routine management processes within maintenance areas Identify improvement requirement per site to ensure maintenance business process, Electrical system and role holder capacity compliance Ensure that all significant electrical equipment damages related to maintenance issues are thoroughly investigated and documented as references for continuous improvement, and that the findings are shared across all
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Proven experience in maintenance management within mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of mining and plant equipment (Ballmill, Crusher, Kiln, Furnace, Compressors)
- Demonstrated skills in MRO management
- Proficiency in maintenance software (SAP, PRONTO, QlikView, Optimum, etc)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
