Senior Finance Accounting & Tax

Perform end-to-end accounting processes including journal entry, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accurate and complete financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger) from journal entries to final closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for internal management and external stakeholders / investors.

Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.

Prepare the annual budget for internal purposes and investor presentation.

Manage and prepare the company’s petty cash reports accurately and on a regular basis

Supervise and support the Finance & Accounting team to ensure timely month-end closing and resolution of accounting issues.

Provide guidance on complex or non-routine accounting treatments to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Legal, HR, BD, Operations, etc.) to support smooth financial closing and accurate reporting.

Calculate and prepare monthly business incentives for the Business Development team.

Manage and ensure timely submission of regulatory financial reports, such as annual call center license reports to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo).

Support tax compliance by providing accurate financial data during tax audits and liaising with the Tax team.

Ensure General Ledger accuracy in accordance with prevailing accounting standards and tax regulations.

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal SOPs to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls within the finance function.
