Supervisor Project Compliance

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Feasibility Study, Government of Indonesia (GoIFS) / AMDAL, and other project compliance documents follow the latest guidelines from the Government of Indonesia.
• Supervise all aspects of the GoIFS / AMDAL and other project compliance documents, tracking progress, reporting on it, and finding solutions to fill any gaps.
• Supervise the overall process flow for GoIFS / AMDAL and other project compliance document preparation, which includes compiling and supervising internal resource support and external consultant deliverables.
• Build and maintain good relationships with government stakeholders to support the provision of permits and project compliance.
• Develop and manage a project progress tracker to align with the project timeline.
• Create and distribute weekly / monthly project tracking and progress Develop a database to ensure all permits and compliance are properly monitored.
• Monitor and supervise compliance aspects of licensing in mining business entities.
• Evaluate government regulations relating to company operations to ensure the company does not violate any rules.
• Manage company user ID access for licensing applications through the Government's online system.
