Job Description

The GrabFin Reliability & Developer Experience (RDX) Team is elevating engineering excellence across GrabFin's large‑scale organization, covering critical services in payments, lending, insurance, and digital goods. We dive deep into complex engineering challenges, uncovering breakthrough opportunities and building innovative solutions. Through strategic collaboration with teams and stakeholders, we deliver measurable impacts that accelerate GrabFin's mission and grow our impact. We are looking for individuals to join our Engineering team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will report to the Engineering Manager and will work fully on‑site in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You design, develop, and maintain software components, tools, and services
• You partner with product engineering teams to discover and solve critical pain points
• You collaborate with platform engineering teams to share knowledge and align strategies
• You ensure delivery of high quality, maintainable, and reliable code
• You lead the planning and rollout of internal tools and products
• You participate in technical and product reviews
• You provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to your peers
