Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategiesaligned with company goals and client needs.
• Lead transformation and improvement initiativesto boost service quality and scalability.
• Oversee daily operationsincluding inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient use of resources(manpower, equipment, space) and meet service level agreements.
• Monitor and analyze KPIsto maintain performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational budget and P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong client relationshipsand ensure high service responsiveness.
• Collaborate across departments(BD, AM, IT, HR, HSE) for smooth operations and projects.
• Ensure compliancewith policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, and support audit readiness.
