Uraian TugasTechnical Expertise : Deep understanding of cryogenic fluids, gases, and their properties, and proficiency in operating and maintaining cryogenic equipment. Problem-solving Skills : Strong diagnostic skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently, and adept at identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Safety Focus : Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety by adhering to established protocols, procedures, and industry standards. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective and efficient communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Adaptability : Able to work in diverse environments and adapt to dynamic and changing work conditions. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities in managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously. Customer Focus : Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, striving to provide top-quality service and promptly addressing customer concerns. Teamwork : Works collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge, offering assistance, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Continuous Learning : Shows a proactive approach to professional development by staying up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in cryogenic engineering. 3-5 years of experience working with cryogenic equipment or a closely related field. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing cryogenic installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to cryogenic systems. Experience in planning and organizing field service activities, including equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls. Use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, copiers, etc. Work in both office and shop environments at customer and company sites. Overtime, and on call may be necessary as the work load's dictates. Travel and extended stays at customer work sites. Complete safety training requirements. Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager. Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed. Ensure all safety requirements and PPE requirements are enforced with others as appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert onsite technical guidance and support to customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic equipment and systems.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and diagnose issues with cryogenic systems, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to ensure efficient problem resolution while minimizing downtime.
- Maintenance Services : Perform routine and scheduled maintenance activities on cryogenic systems, including inspections, calibration, and replacement of components or parts as necessary.
- On-site Repairs : Respond to customer requests for on-site repairs promptly and effectively, utilizing appropriate tools, equipment, and resources to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Customer Training : Conduct training sessions for customers on the safe and proper operation of cryogenic equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with OEM and industry standards and regulations.
- Documentation : Prepare timely field trouble reports, maintain accurate and comprehensive service records, including equipment history, repair reports, and customer interaction details, to facilitate effective communication and future reference.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for both yourself and customers during service visits.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest OEM technological advancements and industry trends related to cryogenic systems through ongoing training and self-development, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
