Overview

The Head of EV Showroom is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Polytron electric vehicle showroom, ensuring an optimal customer experience, and achieving sales targets along with smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage stock and inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional strategies, showroom events, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, inventory reports, and showroom performance reports for management, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with other relevant parties to ensure smooth sales transactions and after-sales service.
