Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join the team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting ERP solutions (Odoo) to help organizations optimize their workflows. This position requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand both technical solutions and business needs. This position is open for remote / WFA arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech-related services.
  • Understanding of Information Technology (IT) industry.
  • A knowledge in ERP (Odoo) or customizable software would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
