Must-Have Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in application development
  • Open to all educational or professional backgrounds (not necessarily from insurance)
  • Proficient in Java , Oracle Database , and Jasper Reports
  • Development experience within Finder is a must

Good-to-Have Criteria

  • Knowledge of Oracle tools and technologies including SQL , PL / SQL , Oracle Forms , and Reports
  • Experience with Apex is a strong advantage
  • Quick problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • English proficiency is a plus
