Solve Education! is hiring a Data Analyst who can operate at a high standard in a demanding, fast-moving, and execution-focused environment. This role requires more than technical skill — it calls for precision, discipline, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that power our global impact. From building dashboards to analyzing trends, you will handle the full cycle of data analysis : collection, validation, visualization, and reporting. All with minimal supervision and tight timelines. This is a position for someone who is ready to lead by doing, not waiting for direction.

Before You Apply

This role is not light, routine, or heavily guided. You’ll be expected to handle ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver decision-ready analyses with little to no revision. You must stay calm under pressure, take full ownership of your tasks, and deliver reliable outputs — even when requirements shift or immediate turnaround is needed.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

Build dashboards and reports that are intuitive and impact-driven.

Apply best practices in data validation, documentation, and compliance.

Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, cloud-native AI services) to speed up data analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Work closely with program teams, engineers, and leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
