Job Description
- Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
- Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
- Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
- Deal with merchants to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
- Identify, research and maintain relationships with merchants.
- Analyze market updates, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
- Research ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features, improvements, client feedback).
- In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in the region.
- Have a deep understanding of both our product and the partners' product to create a successful partnership.
- Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from any major.At least 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.Vast network in local brand / retail merchants preferred.Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.Strong negotiation and leadership skills.Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.Area Sales Manager Lampung
