Overview

We are looking for an Power BI Developer to support the development of operational dashboards for a leading financial company. The primary focus of this role will be leveraging data marts, building dashboards, and delivering insights for management.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing dashboards with Power BI.
  • Experience in the financial sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX for complex measures and calculations is a plus.
  • Familiar with Power Query for light data transformations.
  • Understanding and implementation of Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Experience creating dashboards for operational monitoring and KPI tracking.

Soft Skills

  • Strong collaboration skills with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, QA team, and business users.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business insights into clear visualizations.
  • Creative in building user-friendly and easy-to-understand dashboards.

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop operational dashboards based on data marts according to business requirements and design.
  • Create interactive visualizations tailored to business needs (operations, credit, collections, KPI).

    • Data Modeling & Optimization

  • Build measures and calculations using DAX to support business requirements.

    • Maintenance & Support

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure optimal dashboard performance (refresh schedules, load times).
  • Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, ensuring user access based on roles.
  • Provide clear documentation of reports and KPI definitions.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and business users for data validation.
  • Support business users in dashboard adoption and utilization.

    • Compliance & Security

  • Apply data security standards (RLS, masking when required).
  • Ensure dashboards and reports comply with financial regulations (OJK, ISO, and internal policies).
  • User-friendly, efficient, and management-oriented operational dashboards.
  • Comprehensive documentation (data flow, KPI definitions, measures).
  • Knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability.
