As a trusted partner to our clients’ HR teams, we navigate and advise on the intricate paths of global employment with speed, expertise, and precision. Remote is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation Insurance (PEO) to develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and state agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize the client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing workers compensation programs, collaborating with product teams to streamline processes, and maintaining competitive premium rates while upholding service quality.

What you bring

• Experience :

Experience in operational support for the workers compensation insurance domain, ideally within a PEO or similar environment.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and make decisions with guidance from leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client service and product teams to support smooth delivery of benefits to clients.

Stay informed of state and federal regulations impacting workers compensation administration and ensure compliance across operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Remote to ensure scalability, accuracy and data integrity.

The actual base pay depends on location, transferable or job-related skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may change. We foster internal mobility with a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $32,950 - $74,100 USD.
