  • Take ownership of managing and developing multiple MCNs for Shopee Live, Shopee Video, and Shopee Affiliate in social media.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement of creators / MCNs.
  • Monitor and analyze daily performance of creators / MCNs.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, addressing issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Facilitate strategic partnerships between MCNs and Shopee sellers to promote marketing and sales initiatives.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop multiple MCNs for Shopee Live, Shopee Video, and Shopee Affiliate.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance creator / MCN engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze creator / MCN performance metrics daily.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strategic partnerships between MCNs and sellers for joint marketing efforts.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer management or marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of creator management or content commerce.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Effective team player.
