Uraian Tugas

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including scope definition, resource planning, budget tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project size, complexity, and stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or Waterfall stage gates as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA, security, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers early, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing project processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is required.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience managing projects in Agile and / or Waterfall environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and Waterfall best practices.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience in software development, cloud migration, infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects.
  • Familiarity with risk management tools, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or experience working in IT service management environments.
