We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Country Manager for Indonesia to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in Indonesia.
• Recruit, mentor, train and guide a team of Business Development / Account Managers across the country.
• Work closely with line manager to ensure execution of business development and marketing initiatives such as promotions and campaigns.
• Continuously conduct market research and analysis to competitors to identify new business opportunities and market trends to make sure our product offering continues to stay competitive.
• Negotiate deals and establish business partnerships with high value IB’s and Affiliates.
• Set performance targets and KPI’s to the team and provide regular feedback to management.
• Arrange and attend seminars, expos, etc.
• Meet and exceed KPI’s and targets set by management team.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities IB’s partners and Affiliates.
