The Business Unit Care Chemicals includes segments such as Personal & Home Care, Crop Solutions, Industrial Applications, Base Chemicals, Oil Services, and Mining Solutions. It focuses on high-margin, low-cyclicality segments with a significant consumer-facing presence in Consumer Care and Industrial Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at the Tangerang site and tolling activities in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with ESHA guidelines.
• Deliver products to meet business needs and continuously improve site operations and sustainability.
• Act as the country representative for Indonesia, overseeing local operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing market strategies, managing key customer relationships, and representing the company to local stakeholders while aligning with global objectives.

Legal Responsibilities

Ensure all ESHA (Environment, Safety, Health) and compliance matters adhere to corporate policies and local legislation.

Operations Management

Oversee planning, scheduling, and fulfillment of demand plans. Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence to improve efficiency, cost management, and process optimization.

Maintenance & Engineering

Maintain asset reliability by coordinating with service providers for maintenance and lead CAPEX projects aligned with BU strategy.

People Management

Provide leadership, define KPIs, manage performance, foster people development, and enhance company culture and employee engagement.

Tolling Management

Ensure compliance with Clariant guidelines, transfer of know-how, IP management, and continuous improvement of toller performance.
