Overview
We are hiring a highly skilled Product Owner – Salesforce on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage the development pipeline, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role requires strong technical experience, leadership in Salesforce projects, and familiarity with the health or life insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions.
- Manage the development backlog and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality of Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across health and life insurance domains to align priorities and outcomes.
Technical Requirements
Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer (minimum Platform Developer I)Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience as a lead or contributor in Salesforce implementation projects.Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of integration processes, data management, and system configuration.Preferred Qualifications
