Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions using both back-end and front-end technologies.
Apply best practices in system design, microservices architecture, and clean coding principles.
Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Work with relational databases and caching systems to optimize data flow and system efficiency.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong track record in both front-end and back-end.

Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and clean coding principles.

Hands-on experience with at least one back-end framework (Java, Ruby, Go, or Rust) and modern front-end technologies (React, Vue, or similar).

Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching mechanisms (Redis).

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) for scalable application development.

Solid knowledge of API design and performance optimization.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.

Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Willing to commit to a 6-month contract and work onsite in Bintaro, Tangerang.
