Flavoring Engineer (Manufacture - e-liquid, flavor engineer, R&D, GCMS)

Job Description

• Design and develop e-liquid flavor formulations (e.g., fruit, beverage, cake) through flavor replication, innovation, and optimization.
• Utilize GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) to analyze flavor components in samples provided by customers.
• Conduct sensory evaluations (taste, aroma) to improve flavor performance until meeting customers’ requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve flavor stability, wicking efficiency, and throat-hit issues.
• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

・Min. Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science

・Min. High Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience designing and formulating e-liquid for e-cigarette development and proficiency in utilizing GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)

・Good understanding of food flavoring compounding

・Enthusiastic, results driven, and innovative

・Conversational Level Mandarin Language Proficiency
